Advanced Leadership Program
CommLink has partnered with Wildsparq to create the CommLink Advanced Leadership Program;
a 4 month continuous interactive experience.
How it works
Participants will engage in teams of 5 leaders from various CommLink member Communications Centers.
With minimal time commitment, you will be led through a monthly lesson and a monthly team meeting, while you encourage and coach each other through your personal and professional goals.

Who can participate?
Shift or Lead Communication Specialists leading a smaller group within the Communication Center
Member Communications Center Managers or Supervisors
Staff in Training for a Supervisory or Leadership role within the Communication Center
Participants must possess an active CFC Certification to participate in the course.
Supervisor approval is required to register.
The advanced course cost is included in CommLink Network Program Membership.
Each program session is limited to 20 participants.
