What our customers have to say

LifeFlight Eagle has been a member of CommLink Network from the beginning. We’ve been
very happy with the online training content for both new, and tenured communication specialists. The platform is well designed and segmented in a way that modules can be completed without becoming bored. The blog also provides great opportunities to connect with other members on a myriad of subjects relevant to our industry. We’re proud to be CommLink Network members.

I would recommend CommLINK Network because it’s really been a great product for us. it’s super easy to navigate, great topics to focus on and  It has also been a great pleasure working with the CommLink staff.

Kara Solis

CommLink Network has allowed the Communicators in our center to pursue high quality professional development opportunities, in a self-paced environment without the hassle of travel that traditional opportunities require. Importantly, it fosters connections in the HEMS community and allows for those connections to blossom and is a place to find ideas to take back to your own center.  As an administrator it makes assigning and tracking continuing education a breeze, and near effortless. Additionally, identifying topics for further development and understanding has become a much easier process, as you are able to see where students may be struggling with content. ”

Nelson Grossman

As an ongoing user of CommLink Network at Stanford Life Flight, I am pleased to say that our experience with the platform has been extremely positive. While some of our staff are not obligated to complete the modules, many have voluntarily engaged with them and found them to spark thoughtful discussions within our team. The addition of these modules has enhanced the functionality of our Communication Center significantly. The Continuing Education (CE) programs, along with the Advanced Certified Flight Communicator courses, have provided a valuable and engaging learning experience for our seasoned staff members.

Frequently asked questions

How do I obtain Certified Flight Coordinator (CFC) Certification?

The CFC Certification requirement includes 20 initial mandatory modules and a final assessment. After certification is obtained, you will then complete 3 CFC continuing education requirements per year. When CE’s are available you will receive an email notification.

If you were prior CFC Certified before becoming a CommLink member, completing a minimum of 3 modules per year; (one module every 4 months) will satisfy your continuing education requirements. Although you may complete as many modules as you would like above the required amount; we suggest going through all of the modules as it is always good to practice your skills.
